Theo began collecting tattoos in 2018 and was painting flash long before stepping into the shop. His dedication to drawing and respect for traditional tattooing quickly earned him a place at Classic Windsor.
Working closely within the shop’s traditional apprenticeship environment, Theo has developed a strong understanding of tattoo fundamentals, machine building, and clean execution.
Known around the shop as “the golden boy,” he brings a humble attitude, strong work ethic, and steady improvement to everything he does. Theo focuses on bold, clean tattoos rooted in traditional design, and continues to grow as a thoughtful student of the craft and a valued member of the Classic Windsor team.

Specializes in American Traditional, Tribal, and Japanese tattooing. Joe’s background in high-volume street shops gives him strong versatility and the ability to adapt to a wide range of styles and client ideas.
Influenced by classic American and European traditional tattooing, folk art, and vintage cartoons, Joe focuses on creating bold, well-crafted tattoos with strong attention to detail and timeless design.
